Gym jones 60 min capacity test

Pure Maximus evil genius this one!

10 exercises, 100 of each, finish under an hour and airdye cals (cal = 1 point) or 10 meters rowed = 1 point) sub 60 mins determines score.

You may assemble the movements anyway you like. Appears to be an advantage, is actually a curse! I have gotten high 900’s twice. And did have one guy finish. Will get this bastard!
